I’ve been working in the complementary medicines industry for the past 10 years and have endeavoured to expand on my initial Naturopathic knowledge and philosophies in that time.

I incorporate everything I’ve experienced and learnt for myself and share that knowledge with my clients to empower them to manage their own total wellbeing. I look at every aspect of a person’s being – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual to bring them back to their full potential of health, happiness and wellbeing.

I use therapies such as food as medicine, nutritional supplementation, herbal medicines, flower essences as well as Polarity therapy/energy healing and spiritual counselling techniques to get to the cause of your ailment and or state of dis-ease.

The key I believe to reaching your full potential is preventative medicine and development of the self.
